Easy 5 Minute Easter Decor
It’s Spring and Easter is right around the corner! This year, we have family coming to spend Easter with us, and I needed a little Holiday decor to pretty things up a bit. I hit Target for some for some adorable speckled eggs and paper grass filler. If you don’t have a lot of time on your hands, here are my three quick time saving Easter decor ideas!
Air plant Centerpiece
I’m always trying to find new ways to display my air plants and this is an easy way to showcase both plants and Easter in under 5 minutes. All you need is some speckled eggs, crinkled paper, air plants, and a chocolate bunny because, well…why not?!
Step 1:
Fill the inside of a low glass bowl with crinkled shredded paper.
Step 2:
Cover crinkled paper with decorative speckled eggs.
Step 3:
Position air plants all around the inside of the bowl between speckled eggs.
Step 4:
Place chocolate bunny in the center of the arrangement and place on a coffee table or use as a table centerpiece!
Air plant care
Remove air plants twice a week and thoroughly mist each one. Place upside down on a dish towel and let dry. When the plants are completely dry (about an hour) place back in decorative arrangement.
Easter Egg Cloche
I actually can’t remember where I purchased this little glass cloche from but I’ve seen similar items at Pottery Barn . All you have to do is add a handful of colorful, shredded paper grass to the base and place a few speckled Easter eggs on top.
Lastly, cover with glass cloche and place your new decor on a bookshelf, coffee table or even kitchen counter.
Easter Lantern
I found this lantern at IKEA, and used the remaining shredded grass paper and speckled eggs to make this adorable Easter lantern. Use as porch decor or outdoor table centerpiece while dining al fresco!
Wishing you all a Happy Easter filled with family, friends, Easter egg hunts, and many, many chocolate bunnies!
